Position Description:
MPark is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Monday Properties and is responsible for the operation and management of Monday Properties’ parking garage portfolio in Rosslyn, Virginia. The portfolio includes four (4) individual garages with 2,882 spaces generating. These garages support seven (7) Class “A” office properties.
MPark’s mission is to provide the highest possible level of customer service to the customers of the garages while ensuring that the garages maintain consistent financial performance and year-over-year revenue and profit growth.
Responsibilities:
The Parking Attendant is responsible for the following activities:

Ensures that each parker has a quality parking experience

Provides valet services for valet customers, including the parking of cars and the retrieval of cars

Provides assistance to customers who have difficulty with pay-on-foot machines or in-lane equipment

Conducts daily and/or weekly parking counts to validate system counts of vehicles in garage

Reports any safety and security issues to the Garage Manager

Handling customer requests, stocking garage equipment, and cleaning garage equipment

Carefully drives and maneuvers all types of cars in confined spaces

Returns to stations quickly so as to facilitate optimal customer flow

Handles each vehicle with the utmost care and attention, and exercise all safety precautions

Responds to customer needs as quickly and efficiently as possible; acknowledges customers when they enter/exit the facility

Responds immediately to customer complaints damage claims and/or problems. Completes incident reports as needed

Provides professional and courteous telephone assistance to customers

Reports any hazards or maintenance requirements immediately to the Facility Manager
-
Reports the presence of any suspicious individuals and activity immediately to the Facility Manager
-
When directed, may be required to perform cashier duties or light garage maintenance duties

Other duties as assigned
Requirements:

High School graduate or GED required
-
Excellent customer service skills
-
Communicate effectively in English

Valid driver’s license

Ability to drive all types of cars including a manual transmission car

Ability to be a team player at all times

Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Ability to work a variety of hours, including days, evenings, and weekends
