Engineering Teacher (MS)

The Engineering teacher will conduct presentations and assessments, personalize the learning experience to enhance student growth, engage in practical hands-on work, design and problem solve.
 

Requirements:

  • Ability to engage students in a rigorous Green STEM educational program, and create early college and career opportunities for all students
  • Ability to build rubrics to demonstrate how student work reflects mastery of standards
  • Ability to demonstrate skills to articulate the criteria for exemplary student work
  • Ability to adjust teaching practices to maximize student achievement
  • Innovative thinker who works well in a team environment

 Qualifications:

  • BA or MA/MS degree in content area (i.e., computer science, technology, engineering)
  • Minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.0
  • 2 years teaching experience
  • Excellent communication, organization, and computer skills
