Sentara Health is now hiring a Team Coordinator -Analytics for our Health Plan division!

This is a Full-time , 100% Remote position

**Candidates must have a current residence in one of the following states: Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington (state), West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming !

Job Description :

The Team Coordinator is a leadership analyst position that is responsible for supporting, planning, and supervising projects and resources related to applications and technologies to provide an integrated system solution for the customer base and key stakeholders. Responsibilities include

  • oversight of large scale, complex projects; development of project plans and timelines as well as mentoring and
  • supervising other members of the Analytics team;
  • Providing assistance to the assigned Manager in managing costs, budgets, vendor-management relationships, RFPs and the development and implementation of best practices;
  • Training of new and existing staff; supervision of software implementations;
  • Effectively setting and managing customer expectations at the manager and director levels;
  • Acting as a lead liaison and strategic partner with the customer base, software vendors and other areas within the analytics team.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's level degree required

2 years' experience in an analytics position required

3 years additional experience in clinical analytics, statistics, relevant IT, operational or financial analysis (5 years total).

For applicants within Washington State, the following hiring range will be applied:$96,205.20 to $132,743.52 Annually
