We are hiring an Operations Manager Lead in Norfolk, VA in a hybrid capacity.

• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and independently performs a wide variety of complicated tasks.

• May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist.

• May lead and direct the work of others.

• Manages computer operations in conjunction with database administrators, system administrators, and various data center personnel.

• Ensures production schedules are met.

• Ensures computer system resources are used effectively.

• Coordinates the resolution of production-related problems.

• Ensures proper relationships are established between customers, teaming partners and vendors to facilitate the delivery of information technology services.

• Provides users with computer output.

• Supervises staff operations.

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area within DoD/Navy programs
• At least 3 years of managerial experience
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret clearance
• Must be a US Citizen
