The Opportunity

Are you ready to be a part of a growing team that provides the best in technology infrastructure to support innovative technology-enabled solutions? We're looking for a Technology Infrastructure Intern to join our enterprise technology infrastructure team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in the field of technology infrastructure and work with a dynamic team.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in the maintenance and support of Ulteig's technology infrastructure, including servers, networking, cloud, and collaboration technologies
  • Work with the team to implement new technology solutions
  • Participate in the planning and execution of technology projects
  • Help troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of the company's technology systems

What We Expect from You

  • Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Strong customer support experience, IT support experience preferred
  • Network, Server, Cloud, or IT certifications are a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly
  • Familiarity with technology infrastructure concepts and systems
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative

    Additional Opportunity Details:
    Position Starting Pay is $20.00 p/h*
