As a Program Manager, you will collaborate with others to manage customer programs relating to product introductions and ongoing service. Responsible for ensuring reliable communication and interaction between internal teams and external customers.

Monitor and serve as a liaison for operations related to assigned program to ensure that policies and procedures are followed, goals and quality are being met, and service and project goals are being accomplished effectively.
• Manage and make decisions for all aspects of program or account, within guidelines.
• Initiate corrective actions as necessary as they relate to the program or account.
• Develop systems to provide for proper evaluation, control, and documentation of assigned activities.
• Assist in the development and monitor the programs or account's budget and results.
• Assist with contract review and meeting the requirements.
• Analyze strategies for cost effectiveness.
• Contribute to the sales forecasting function.
• Ensure adherence to project plans and timelines to be met by internal and external resources.
• Assist with coordinating product testing and product certification.
• Depending on division, attend trade shows and provide support to remote staff.
• Prepare various documents and reports as needed.
• Demonstrates support for the company culture in their daily actions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow established safety and ergonomic standards.
• May be called upon to perform comparable duties of a similar or related nature and/or assist in other areas as needed.
• Learning, understanding, continuously improving, and promoting the quality management system in accordance with ISO standards.

This position pays: $93,000-$123,500 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in agricultural, automotive, aerospace, or Technology industry preferred
• Experience in AGILE developement preferred
