Role Summary:


Veolia WTS is currently searching for a Proposal Validation Engineer to drive efficiency using tools, analysis of metrics and providing support in the area of compliance. The PL will support the following product lines; IX-Bridge, Asset Care and Operations Outsourcing.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Provide the Commercial Engineering team support by assisting with accurate RAMP completion along with occasional internal audits.
  • Review Win3 notes and ensure executive summaries, performance guarantees, and terms and conditions align with approved positions for all waste water, and PFAS applications
  • Own dashboard to track all WW and PFAS applications.
  • Supporting strategies during proposal development to ensure proposal language is accurate, and informative without being over reaching.
  • Interfacing with Risk/Legal teams as required
  • Position will also support part time proposal development for Bridge and LTSA opportunities, including generating budget and firm proposals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical,, environmental or chemical engineering, Chemistry or other Bachelor's in Science
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in water or wastewater engineering or equipment supply field, preferably with some knowledge of membrane process equipment.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in bidding/proposal preparation and the ability to read and understand bid/proposal specification, both from a technical and commercial perspective, as related to contractual terms and conditions.

This position will be based out of the Veolia WTS Office. Some travel will be required for this position.
