Our primary contractual arrangements with our clients is reatined search and contingency, or fee for placement. We do understand our clients may have needs for contract workers and temporary needs. YES also handles these type searches for our clients, offering a program that allows for a seamless transition for the employee to begin as a contract employee with YES handling payroll and bill back to our client. After an agreed upon period of time, generally 90 days, the contract employee will become a fulltime employee for the client. We also have retained arrangements with some clients.
