If so, our AMERICAN SYSTEMS team is looking for its next Navy Training Systems Analyst

As a Senior Navy Training Systems Analyst, you will:

  • Provide on-site support to the United States Fleet Forces HQ in Norfolk, VA

A week in the life of a Senior Navy Training Systems Analyst:

  • Source reference documentation to demonstrate proper staffing of required documents.
  • Develop support briefing products for presentation to executive level leadership.
  • Utilize basic training systems and requirements to track conversations, discussions and to get the Sailor the best possible training systems.
  • Participate in and organize meetings and compile meeting minutes.
  • Provide technical training expertise supporting the USFF training directorate (N7)
  • Research, establish, coordinate, and implement integrated training requirements.
  • Utilize and maintain proficiency in the Microsoft family of products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project, experience with SharePoint a plus)
  • Exercise attention to detail, display organizational skills and interact with senior level personnel.
  • Support large training conferences/meetings.
  • Produce high quality staff work common to a large Navy staff, prior military major staff experience preferred.
  • Interact with large teams with the ability to work independently when needed to deliver top quality support products. 
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Active Secret clearance
  • Ability to travel 2-4 times a year

3+ years of experience in:

  • Fleet training, planning an execution
  • Working with all phases of exercise/training event planning
  • Working on issues that affect integrated training on various Navy platforms
  • Working with Microsoft Office products

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners.  The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $105,000.
